Answered by a person in San Antonio

No phone tree. No ticket number. A person.

Ask anyone who has owned an alarm system for five years about their worst experience with it and they will not describe a burglary. They will describe a beeping keypad, a hold queue, and a ninety-dollar trip charge to be told the battery was dead.

Call us and somebody local picks up who can open your account, see what your system did last Tuesday, and dispatch a truck. Service calls for monitored accounts are free — no trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no matter how far out you are. That policy costs us real money in Hondo and Bandera, and it is the reason we still have customers there.

Before you call

My system is beeping. Can you help over the phone?
+
Usually, yes, and at no charge. Most chirps are a low battery on a specific zone. Call us and we will walk you through identifying which sensor it is before anybody drives anywhere. If it needs a visit, the visit is free for monitored accounts.
How fast can a technician get out?
+
Inside the San Antonio 50-mile ring, typically next business day, and often same day for a system that is not functioning at all. Austin, Houston and Dallas are scheduled within 48 hours. There is no trip charge regardless of distance.
Will you look at a system another company installed?
+
Yes. We service equipment we did not install, including panels from providers who have stopped answering their phones. Bring us the make and model — or a photo of the keypad — and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth saving.
I am under contract elsewhere. Is it worth talking to you?
+
It is worth one phone call. We will read your agreement with you, identify the cancellation window and the notice requirements, and tell you plainly whether switching now saves money or whether you should wait. We have advised more than a few people to call us back in four months, which is a poor sales tactic and an honest answer.

Or skip the form

Call and describe the problem out loud.

It is frequently faster. Somebody local answers, opens your account, and either fixes it on the phone or puts a truck on the schedule. Either way it costs nothing.
